What are sessions with Kate like?

Sessions with Kate are relaxed, supportive and focused on you. You’ll usually begin by checking in on how things have been and what feels most important to talk about that day.

From there, you’ll work together to explore patterns in your thoughts, feelings or relationships. Depending on what you need, this may include practical strategies, working through a difficulty step by step, or a carefully guided process such as EMDR. You can ask questions and go at a pace that feels manageable.

You do not need to prepare or find the ‘right’ words. Kate may suggest something to try between sessions, agreed together around your goals. It can be a small, practical step, and you can say if an exercise feels unhelpful or overwhelming.

Your enquiry

Just a few details to help us begin. Fields marked * are required.

Who is the enquiry for? *

A short note is enough. Please avoid detailed medical history or identifying details about a child.

This form prepares an email for you to review and send using your own email app. Your enquiry details are not submitted to or stored on our website. Your email service may keep drafts and sent messages.

Kate usually carries out initial screening. If you would like to work with Natasha Monteverde or Sarah Hancock, mention their name in your message and Kate will forward your enquiry directly to them so they can respond.

Your message may include sensitive health information. You can leave it blank and simply ask for a call. Read our enquiry and website privacy information, including how Kate uses and retains enquiry emails, before preparing your enquiry.

An enquiry is not a booking or consent to treatment. See therapy, consent and confidentiality information.
